Responsibilities and Duties are as follows:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the team, providing a positive and productive work environment. Manage and mentor department heads and staff, including production, quality control, customer service and sales personnel, to achieve company goals.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards maintained.
- Sales Management: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and pricing initiatives. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures. Collaborate with the Finance Team to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Resource Management: Optimize and/or implement the use of resources, including our business system, personnel, equipment and materials, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Relations: Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers as well as the internal customer service staff. Ensure needs are met and address concerns promptly and effectively while achieving business goals.
- Support Human Resources Department: Assist the HR Department in creating a robust employee review system. Assisting the Human Resources Department with determining hiring needs. This includes describing the open position as well as providing cost justification.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, with a minimum 4years of experience in a leadership role.
- Must have prior experience in managing safety, quality and on time deliveries metrics.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations*
Staub Precision Machine, Inc. is involved in the development of technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
For the purpose of our compliance with U.S. Export Control laws, U.S. citizenship or permanent resident/green card is required.
This position requires access to “controlled technology” as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et. seq.) and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
