Staub’s Keyence IM-6225 CMM is a portable shop-floor vision system solution that provides automated part inspection in less than 5 seconds. It allows for fully automatic measurement to reduce inspection time drastically and removes all operator subjectivity. The wide field of view and adjustable illumination that integrates multiple light ring functions enables a place-and-press measurement and can measure up to 99 features on 99 parts in the same inspection. Once a part is inspected, all the data is sent to central data management folders enabling us to perform any required statistical evaluation (SPC) quickly.
