Our Fowler Baty Venture XT 3030 Multi-Sensor CMMs combines non-contact (traditional touch probe) and contact methods (ultra-high resolution vision) into a single program. They utilize an inspection window size of 11.8-in (wide) by 11.8-in (long) by 7.8-in (high) and magnification of 20x to 350x at 0.0005m resolution to perform advanced measurements in a single automated inspection. Utilizing the latest software, we incorporate 3D Solid CAD models for inspection, increasing accuracy while decreasing inspection cycle times. Once a part is inspected, all the data is sent to central data management folders enabling us to perform any required statistical evaluation (SPC) quickly.
