Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize small hand tools and specialized equipment to perform assembly tasks with precision and accuracy, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Demonstrate exceptional manual dexterity by effectively positioning and manipulating parts to achieve optimal assembly results.
- Perform finishing or deburring tasks under a microscope on parts after machining processes, ensuring smooth and polished surfaces that meet quality standards.
- Conduct thorough visual and/or metric inspections of finished parts to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Possess both strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to identify and address any assembly issues or discrepancies, contributing to the overall quality of the finished product.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate closely with team members in a supportive and cooperative environment to achieve production goals.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for manufacturing and assembly work.
Requirements
- Experience in deburring or similar role preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools
