There are many benefits to choosing Staub Precision Machine for your production needs. From the attention you’ll receive from us to our innovative systems and top-of-the-line machinery, we can’t imagine why you’d look anywhere else. Need more convincing?
R&D and Prototyping
At Staub, we work with you to make sure you aren’t wasting your time (or money) with an inefficient design. Do you have an idea? We can help take your vision from idea, to prototype, to production. Is your part or assembly not performing properly? We can help you solve that problem, and most likely improve it. Whether you know exactly what you want or need some assistance with design, we’ll help make sure it becomes the best product possible.
Our prototyping abilities allow us to help you discover problems before the process is too far along. Functional testing can be done early so you don’t end up with hundreds or thousands of defective parts.
We have an amazing group of employees at Staub. But what really sets us apart are the automated processes we run. At Staub, all our machines are custom fabricated to optimize production and automation, which allows us to use robots to run second and third shifts, drastically increasing production quantities.
Each day, our devoted staff arrives in the morning to parts waiting to be inspected, washed, and/or packed, courtesy of the unattended, automated processes in place.
Our pallet system has an AGV (Automated Guide Vehicle) that carries pallets of parts between loading stations, storage stations, and mills. Our automated systems continue to run long after the last dedicated employee has shut off the lights and gone home.
Between the automated processes and the expert dedicated staff, parts are delivered to each customer exactly the way you want them, which often means ready-to-use. These integrated finishing processes are performed simultaneously with production, so they don’t increase the time it takes on your order. We guarantee that parts will come to you deburred and clean. They can also come treated or electroplated if needed. No matter what the job requires, precision is always the name of our game.
